Sony said to have stopped PSP Go production

Oh, what tan gled webs of non-denials we all weave. A Japan ese blog ger work ing for an offi cial Sony retail part ner has report ed intel from the PlaySta tion maker that pro duc tion of its PSP Go hand held has been halt ed. More over, the Sony Style Japan online store no longer lists the portable and search ing for it pro vides no results. You can only access its prod uct page via a direct link (pro vid ed below), but even that shows it as out of stock. So, what has Sony got to say on the mat ter to allay fears that its trou bled console lives on? Well, demand for "cur rent gen er a tion PSPs" will con tin ue to be met, appar ent ly, and the NGP is going be real ly, real ly awe some when it launch es at the end of the year. Hey, if there's zero demand for the PSP Go and you pro duce zero PSP Go units, then you are tech ni cal ly match ing supply to demand. Well played, Sony, well played.
